Why Groton Properties Hold Water

Groton's housing stock is a real mix. You have the mid-century subdivisions built on the inland side of the Thames River back in the 50s and 60s, newer construction near the Gold Star Bridge corridor, and older homes scattered through Noank, Mystic, and along the coast.
